# Package interfaces after the native startup correction

On 2026-10-09, compiler PR 1410 was updated by normal merges to source
`8f4c96386a50fb7d79072bb5a743ef276b658214`. It includes development commit
`150dedc0`, which applies the native wait budget after successful process Start
while preserving the enclosing deadline and cancellation. No rebase or force
update was used. This candidate is not yet a published release.

The integration tree equals local preflight `08ad7961`; `integration-merge.json`
records both source revisions, the equal tree and merged dev. Preflight race
tests passed for packageruntime, artifactemit, packageexecution,
workspaceexecution and the command-line package. Affected-package vet and the
full build passed. Actual before/after API interface objects also equal the
earlier `8951c5f8` observations. Fresh source-bound build metadata identifies
Go 1.27.2, decision runtime 0.2.26 and a clean checkout.

`dogfood.tar.gz` retains the workbench main `fd53420e` execution of its own
`recipes/api-changes.gooo`. Fixed order and the existing QAT model both classify
the three actual changes as `input-tightened`, `output-weakened`, and
`field-added`. Raw interface/source digests and all classified facts equal the
previous observations. Each mode passes 51/51 authored field checks over 17
selection cases. Actual changes have no correctness labels and retain 0/0.
Model-guided assembly invokes inference once; saved replay invokes it zero times.
Native Start and Wait sums equal the retained wall times.

The model, source, examples and binaries retain equal before/after SHA-256 hashes.
The model remains the existing 2,096-byte-tensor QAT artifact, SHA-256
`3c68205a660695103712e2115ce90accd298b406dced8ad5ad5c9b84bab0a202`.
A single local model-mode observation took 0.78 seconds wall, 0.40 seconds user
and 0.24 seconds system, with maximum RSS 85,770,240 bytes. These are whole-command
measurements, affected by cache and concurrent work. They do not measure a
speedup, host-wide CPU utilization, model-only memory or general correctness.

Fresh PR runs were started for this source:

- canonical CI: 37887541022;
- four-platform release readiness: 37887540991;
- secondary transformation ledger: 37887541207.

At the first publication these outcomes were pending. All three runs have now
completed successfully on source `8f4c9638`, attempt 1. `completion/` retains the
original canonical proof ZIP, readiness ZIP, metadata and merge verification.

After verifying the exact head, base, frozen PR body, six canonical checks, proof,
all live statuses and branch refs, normal expected-head squash merge produced
dev `e8ccf425c93ed1499dd27a1e20e8ec574b36069b`. Its sole parent is `150dedc0`
and its tree equals the tested candidate. The existing observations above retain
their original source and timings. `completion/release-integration.json` records
the subsequent normal merge into the 0.6.19 preparation with unchanged preflight
tree; this is not a public-release claim.
