The following additional terms apply to AiryLark's advanced translation features, batch processing, API integration, and enterprise-level functionalities. In the event of a conflict, these terms shall take precedence over the Apache License:

1. **Free for Self-Hosted Versions**: All features of AiryLark, including advanced translation features, batch processing, API integration, and enterprise-level functionalities, are always free to use in self-hosted versions.

2. **Resale Restrictions**: No third party may sell or offer as a service the advanced translation features, batch processing, API integration, and enterprise-level functionalities without prior written consent from the copyright holder.

3. **Distribution of Modifications**: Any modifications to advanced translation features, batch processing, API integration, and enterprise-level functionalities must be freely distributed and may not be sold or offered as a service.
