### Grant of Use

- **Personal / Non-commercial use**: Free. Individuals may install and use this
  software for personal, non-commercial purposes on their own machines.
- **Commercial use**: Requires a separate commercial license. "Commercial use"
  includes, but is not limited to: use within any organization for business
  purposes, use by a company or freelancer delivering paid services, reselling,
  bundling, or embedding the software (in whole or in part) into any product
  or service offered for a fee.
- **Trial**: Commercial organizations may evaluate the software internally for
  up to 30 days without a license.

### Restrictions

Unless authorized in writing by the copyright holder, you may NOT:

1. Redistribute, sublicense, or publish the software or its source code,
   modified or unmodified, in whole or in part.
2. Use the software to provide memory-as-a-service, hosting, or managed
   services to third parties.

4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of
   any compiled portion, except to the extent permitted by law.

### Third-Party Components

This package depends on third-party open-source packages
(`@modelcontextprotocol/sdk`, `@anthropic-ai/sdk`, `@xenova/transformers`,
`pinyin-pro`, etc.), which remain under their own respective licenses.
This license applies only to the AiFP-specific code.
