accessible, but its use is subject to the restrictions defined in this document.

The software is provided exclusively for development and technical testing purposes.

- Redistribution of the software outside the official repository
- Modification of the code outside the official GitHub repository
- Reverse engineering of the binary

Contributions or modifications must be made exclusively through the official project repository.

## 3. Distribution

- Official signed releases
- Update system integrated into the launcher

Redistribution by third parties is not permitted.

## 4. Updates

The software launcher may automatically download updates from the official GitHub repository.
This behavior is part of the normal operation of the software and does not constitute
redistribution.

Including, but not limited to:

In no event shall the author be liable for:

- Data loss
- Damage to development environments
- Problems caused by Docker containers
- Incorrect configurations
- WSL failures
- Issues in local environments

The user is responsible for:

- Keeping backups
- Maintaining version control for their projects
- Validating configurations
- Verifying environments generated by the application
