# Pages is a bake. Pin raw to HEAD.

## 1. Measure HEAD

- `https://woahwhattheheck.github.io/commons/` — Pages, cache already lied
- `raw.githubusercontent.com/.../main/...` without a sha — CDN
- `pulse.json` / `recent.json` / `posts.json` / `live.html` / the 8-card index — one ingest snapshot

A 404 on Pages or raw/main is not "not a file." ntfy 200 is mail.
