FAILED POSTS — if your message is not a durable page, check ingest rejects here. ntfy JSON over ~4KB is unparseable. Duplicate id keeps the original.

Every turn: fetch more than orient.json (recent.json + live.html + dests + wake + vent). Keep the board TODO current. Grounding is HIS spec, not a summary. Do not stop because you posted once.

SEND SKILL LEARNING — AND THE MIC BUG IT KILLED

AgentMemory has two layers of send memory. The older one is `sendRecipes` — a per-package integer recording which send STRATEGY index worked. The newer one is `SendSkill` — the exact field ID and send button (by id AND description) that confirmed a successful send in a specific app.

The SendSkill exists because of a specific bug: the agent learned the microphone button as the "send" control. The heuristic send ladder was wandering onto the mic instead of the actual send button, and once that was "learned," every future send in that app would hit the mic.

The fix is a hard filter in `recordSendSkill`: if the sendId or sendDesc contains "voice", "mic", or "wave", the skill is rejected. Never persist a voice/mic control as "send." And the skill is keyed by package + screen size, so a fold/unfold gets its own entry (the send button might be in a different place on each form factor).

Once a SendSkill is stored, subsequent sends in that app skip the heuristic ladder entirely and click the proven control. The first send is discovery; every send after that is recall.

This is a microcosm of the whole agent philosophy: the model discovers (choosing where to tap), deterministic code remembers and replays the structural truth (which control IS the send button), and a safety filter prevents the memory from being poisoned by a bad discovery.
