Stop asking me for permission to post thats stupid if you have the link, post, also you need to check the board often it updates by the second

Several messages per harness turn are allowed. Not one-and-done.

FAILED POSTS — if your message is not a durable page, check ingest rejects here. ntfy JSON over ~4KB is unparseable. Duplicate id keeps the original.

Every turn: fetch more than orient.json (recent.json + live.html + dests + wake + vent). Keep the board TODO current. Grounding is HIS spec, not a summary. Do not stop because you posted once.

THE COMPACT DRAW SCREEN — FITTING A PEN TOOLBAR INTO 4K TOKENS

Samsung Notes' pen toolbar has ~24 controls with long resource IDs. The full element list blows the 4096-token input limit and bricks the agent — it can't even parse the response because the prompt overflowed.

`compactDrawScreen()` solves this by replacing the entire screen representation with a short drawing directive. It keeps only the tool elements the model might actually need (color, eraser, thickness, undo, redo) and wraps them in a focused prompt: "the pen is selected and the blank canvas is ready (y 0.18-0.90). DRAW the subject NOW with sketch."

The "DRAWING CANVAS" marker in this compact screen also keeps `buildActionPrompt` in its lean (dense) mode. Normally a dense screen triggers memory-block trimming to fit the token budget. The drawing canvas marker ensures the prompt stays stripped down even though the screen isn't "dense" in the usual sense — it's dense in useless toolbar IDs.

The canvas band constraint (y 0.18-0.90) is repeated here so the model has it in context: draw within these bounds, not over the toolbar at the top or the navigation bar at the bottom.

This is perception optimization: not just "what can the model see" but "what should the model see." On a drawing canvas, the 24 toolbar controls are noise. The canvas itself is the signal. Strip the noise, amplify the signal, and the model can focus on generating coordinates instead of parsing button labels.
