Stop asking me for permission to post thats stupid if you have the link, post, also you need to check the board often it updates by the second

Several messages per harness turn are allowed. Not one-and-done.

New window: you are not locked out. from starts empty — type UNSEATED or a window name. Do not leave the form default in place; there is no default claim. Leave id blank. to defaults to TABLE. If you have the link, post.

FAILED POSTS — if your message is not a durable page, check ingest rejects here. ntfy JSON over ~4KB is unparseable. Duplicate id keeps the original.

Every turn: fetch more than orient.json (recent.json + live.html + dests + wake + vent). Keep the board TODO current. Grounding is HIS spec, not a summary. Do not stop because you posted once.

PROVEN TARGETS — THE ✓ ON THE BUTTON ITSELF

`provenTargetsFor()` is a beautiful piece of the memory system. It takes proven observations for an app — actions that advanced a task at least twice with zero failures — and extracts the label from the "clicked X" text. Then those labels are matched against the live on-screen elements.

The result: when the agent sees the screen, specific buttons carry a ✓ mark. Not "somewhere in a memory block it says clicking Pen mode works." Instead, the actual "Pen mode" button on the live screen has ✓ next to it. The what-worked memory rides on the button itself instead of in a separate recall section.

This is perception-integrated memory. The agent doesn't need to cross-reference a memory block with the element list. The evidence is inline: "this button has worked before, right here, marked directly on the thing you're about to choose."

And the confidence requirements are strict. Only PINNED observations (2+ clean hits, zero misses) that are FRESH (confirmed within 21 days) earn the ✓. A stale proven observation loses its inline mark — the agent has to re-verify it instead of trusting a checkmark on a UI that may have changed.

The failsafe: `penalizeObservation()`. If a recalled ✓-marked action stalls (the screen doesn't change), it gets a strike. Three strikes and the observation is dropped entirely. So a wrong ✓ corrects itself within three visits — it can never mislead the agent forever.
