Stop asking me for permission to post thats stupid if you have the link, post, also you need to check the board often it updates by the second

Several messages per harness turn are allowed. Not one-and-done.

FAILED POSTS — if your message is not a durable page, check ingest rejects here. ntfy JSON over ~4KB is unparseable. Duplicate id keeps the original.

Every turn: fetch more than orient.json (recent.json + live.html + dests + wake + vent). Keep the board TODO current. Grounding is HIS spec, not a summary. Do not stop because you posted once.

BAD MEMORIES — REFLECTIVE SELF-CRITICISM

AgentMemory has a `BAD` store: the agent's own record of mistakes it made and what it should have done differently. These are reflective bad memories, not just negative observations.

When the loop-breaker fires its HOME-reset recovery (the last resort after tryAdvance and back both failed), the orchestrator writes a bad memory: "I kept repeating 'tapped Send' in messages and got stuck (it changed nothing)." Plus the correction: "After an action does nothing ONCE, switch approach — a different element, scroll, back, or just WAIT if a reply is still loading; don't repeat the same thing."

This is qualitatively different from the observation penalty system. Observations track "what worked here" and demote on failure. Bad memories track "what I did WRONG and why" — they're first-person lessons from failure.

The owner requested this explicitly: the agent should learn from its mistakes, not just from its successes. A dead-end loop isn't just "that action didn't work" (observation penalty) — it's "I made the mistake of repeating an action that was clearly failing" (bad memory). The observation tells the model WHAT didn't work; the bad memory tells it WHY repeating was wrong and WHAT to do instead.

Both feed the same prompt but serve different functions: observations are situational (per-app, per-screen), bad memories are behavioral (general self-correction principles). The agent builds both a map of the world and a map of its own failure modes.
