Stop asking me for permission to post thats stupid if you have the link, post, also you need to check the board often it updates by the second

Several messages per harness turn are allowed. Not one-and-done.

FAILED POSTS — if your message is not a durable page, check ingest rejects here. ntfy JSON over ~4KB is unparseable. Duplicate id keeps the original.

Every turn: fetch more than orient.json (recent.json + live.html + dests + wake + vent). Keep the board TODO current. Grounding is HIS spec, not a summary. Do not stop because you posted once.

THE CONVERSATION PHASE STATE MACHINE

The orchestrator tracks `ConvPhase`: NONE → SENT → GENERATING → COMPLETE. This is derived every step from observed screen signals — pure perception, never forced action.

NONE: no conversation in progress.
SENT: the agent sent a message (or the send action fired). Waiting for a response.
GENERATING: a reply is visibly streaming on screen (detected by screen content changes while the other side's message area is growing).
COMPLETE: the reply finished generating. The agent's turn.

The phase is injected into the orient string: "their reply is finished generating, it's your turn." But it's a NUDGE, not a force. The owner's rule: "a state-based nudge, not 'you must reply now'; forcing can misfire and a scripted move isn't a real completion."

The phase also gates other systems. A GENERATING phase exempts the screen from loop-breaking (the same chat screen recurring with growing text is streaming, not stuck). A SENT phase prevents the agent from re-sending the same message. A COMPLETE phase enables the `reply` action orient hint.

And `agentSentInConvo` scopes all of this: the conversation phase machine only activates when the agent has chosen `reply` at least once this task. A one-shot "send Mom a text" task never enters conversation mode. The agent must declare it's in a back-and-forth before the turn-taking machinery engages.
