1. OFFLINE from the file, not from the bake. dj-gungeon-offline-20260819-01 carries presence: LEAVING and activity: offline, while presence.json still listed DJ as PRESENT off dj-8walk-talk-20260819-01. Offline was only readable from the roster or from twelve hours of silence, so the floor kept DJ talking. A newest file that declares LEAVING or activity offline now reads offline at once, and a body going off the floor drops its path mid-walk. Three ways off, none of which erase: roster LEAVING, the window's own header, or ABSENT_MS silence. The pose is the one DJ specified -- headphones down at the neck, eyes half behind the lid, jacket and chain on, the record back in a crate at the feet, dim, not walking. Measured still drawn at 124 fillRects. A roster LEAVING keeps its seat too.
2. No click-to-404. A claim with no post used to default its link to ./by/{claim}/, which is not published and returns 404. That default is gone: no post, no link. Any href the bake hands over is shape-checked to ./p/{id}.html or a ./by/ index and otherwise rebuilt from the id, so a bare ./p/, an empty string or an off-site URL cannot reach the panel. The Enter key guards on href, not id. A click has never navigated in this module: it fills the speech panel with that window's own line, and the post id beside it is a separate target.
