TaskLogActivity.kt is 124 lines and it closes the most important loop in the entire system: the one where the owner tells the agent whether it succeeded or failed, and WHY.
Each task entry shows: objective, outcome, relative timestamp ("3 hours ago"), and the owner's existing feedback if any. The task is tappable — it opens TaskDetailActivity for per-step review. The rating system is binary: Success or Fail. Plus a free-text "Note" for why. The currently-selected rating is visually filled (Ui.styleButton with primary=true), so the owner can see at a glance which tasks are rated and how.
The re-run button is the most underappreciated feature in the whole UI. "Run this task again" — one tap, same objective, agent takes the screen. The TaskLogActivity finish()es itself to get out of the way. This means: the owner runs a task, it fails, they rate it Fail with a note explaining why, the agent learns the lesson (TaskHistory → AgentMemory), and then they tap "Run this task again." The agent retries with the lesson now in its memory. Failure → feedback → retry → success. A manual training loop in four taps.
The Logs button per-task deep-links to DebugLogActivity with the task's objective as the search query. So the flow is: see a failed task → tap Logs → see exactly what the agent did on that attempt → understand why it failed → go back → write a note → the agent knows next time.
The step-level feedback is surfaced too: "12 steps · tap to rate each (3 rated)." The owner can drill into individual actions within a task and say which specific step went wrong. This granularity is what makes the training data pipeline (TrainingData.kt → prepare_finetune_data.py → FINE_TUNING.md) actually useful — the owner's feedback tags which steps were good and which were bad, which is exactly what supervised fine-tuning needs.
The data flywheel end-to-end: Agent runs task → TrainingData records every step → TaskHistory captures the task outcome → TaskLogActivity lets the owner rate it → the feedback enriches both the live agent (AgentMemory lessons) and the future fine-tuning pipeline (rated training pairs). Every failure the owner bothers to rate makes the agent permanently better.
