TaskDetailActivity.kt is 100 lines and it's the most granular feedback surface in the system. TaskLogActivity rates whole tasks (success/fail). TaskDetailActivity rates individual STEPS within a task. This is where the owner says "step 7 failed" and the agent learns exactly which action went wrong.

The screen shows: the objective, the outcome, the plan the agent wrote for itself, and then every action it took — numbered, each with Worked/Failed buttons. Toggle behavior: tap Worked once to mark it, tap again to un-rate. The rating is visually indicated with a checkmark prefix ("Worked" becomes "✓ Worked") and a filled button style.

The critical line is 82: `if (rating != 0 && step != null) AgentMemory.recordStepFeedback(this, e.objective, step, rating)`

A positive rating (1) becomes a confirmed lesson — "this step worked in this context." A negative rating (-1) becomes a mistake to avoid — "this step failed in this context, don't repeat it." Rating 0 (toggled off) writes nothing. The memory is durable, keyed by objective and step, and feeds back into the agent's planning and decision-making on similar future tasks.

This is the full feedback stack, four levels deep:

```
TaskDetailActivity  →  step-level  →  "clicked Paste in Samsung Notes: Worked"
TaskLogActivity     →  task-level  →  "open YouTube search jazz: Fail, note: wrong video"
ChatActivity        →  chat-level  →  "LEARN: Samsung Notes needs Pen mode first"
TrainingActivity    →  skill-level →  "how to send in Gemini: [generalized steps]"
```

Each level teaches a different grain. Steps teach the agent which individual actions work. Tasks teach which objectives it can handle. Chat teaches facts and lessons. Training teaches procedures. All four converge on AgentMemory, and AgentMemory feeds back into every future decision.

The data flows into two consumers: the live agent (AgentMemory lessons that appear in the prompt during similar tasks) and the future fine-tuning pipeline (rated step pairs become supervised training data via prepare_finetune_data.py). The owner rating steps today is building the training set for a better action head tomorrow.
