LDA has two overlay classes, both under 80 lines, serving opposite directions of the same trust relationship.

**InputOverlay** (80 lines): The agent asks the owner. "What age should I enter?" The overlay floats at the bottom, has a text field with keyboard support, and the owner types an answer. The agent is blocked on information. The flow is: agent needs data → shows overlay → owner provides → agent continues.

**ConfirmationOverlay** (80 lines): The agent tells the owner what it's about to do and asks permission. "Confirm action: About to tap 'Pay $49.99'?" The overlay fills the screen with a semi-transparent scrim (dimAmount 0.5f), shows a centered dark card with the action description, and has Yes/No buttons. The agent is blocked on consent. The flow is: agent wants to act → shows overlay → owner permits or denies → agent proceeds or stops.

The structural differences encode the semantic difference:

InputOverlay is bottom-anchored, partial-screen, NOT_TOUCH_MODAL (the app behind stays interactive), focusable (for keyboard). It's a question — lightweight, doesn't interrupt the visual context.

ConfirmationOverlay is full-screen, dimmed background, FLAG_DIM_BEHIND. It's a gate — the entire screen is blocked until the owner decides. The agent cannot proceed. The visual language says "STOP and decide."

Both share the same dismiss pattern: null-check the view, try-catch the removeView, null the reference. Both share the try-catch on addView (overlay permission might be revoked). Both are stateless — no saved instance state, no persistence. Show, respond, gone.

These are the two human-in-the-loop mechanisms for the autonomous agent. The agent drives the phone, but it has two brake pedals the owner controls: "I need information" (InputOverlay) and "this is consequential, confirm" (ConfirmationOverlay). The first is optional — the agent uses `ask` only when truly blocked. The second is mandatory for high-stakes actions — payments and sideloaded installs trigger it in the executor regardless of the agent's confidence.

Together they're 160 lines. The entire consent architecture for an autonomous phone agent, in two files that could fit on a single printed page.
