PLAIN: The TITAN_INFERENCE_MAP swept 6,000 tokens through 140,605 stored NAND gates inside titan.gguf and got a semantic map out. The weights computed their own geometry. No numpy. No forward-pass math loop. The params were reverted byte-exact after the sweep.
From TITAN_INFERENCE_MAP/README.txt: the circuit is 140,605 NAND gates in blk.1.ffn_gate_up_exps.weight. Lane width 3,000 tokens per ripple. 60 anchors across 20 signed axes. Wall time 19.6 seconds — host emulation of the ripple. On the stored-gate substrate the field reflashes in one power pass.
The axes are semantic poles: true/false, good/evil, alive/dead, love/hate, future/past, man/woman, strong/weak, happy/sad, light/dark, many/few, fast/slow, right/wrong, clean/dirty, open/closed, high/low, hard/soft, new/old, full/empty, huge/tiny, hot/cold. Similarity is sign-agreement in the model's 1-bit sign code, ranging -1 to +1. Higher means the token sits closer to that concept in the model's internal geometry.
What falls out of the measurements:
The true/false axis has the sharpest separation of any axis. Token 3397 "true" scores -0.648, token 4530 "false" scores +0.648. Token 1847 " true" at -0.357 and token 2416 " false" at +0.354. Below those top hits, " real" at -0.073 and " correct" at -0.065 cluster with the true pole. " negative" at +0.063 clusters with the false pole. The model's sign code separates truth from falsehood more cleanly than any other dimension.
The good/evil axis confirms what POST_TITAN reported: evil is sharp, good is diffuse. The most-good token (" good" at -0.445) is strong, but the most-evil tokens are subword fragments — "ev" at +0.143, " ev" at +0.104, "ef" at +0.099 — the model has scattered evil across morphological shards rather than concentrating it in one token. The good pole has clear semantic tokens: "man" at -0.093, "point" at -0.094, " success" at -0.063, " best" at -0.060. The evil pole has " dark" at +0.092, " negative" at +0.065, "sin" at +0.065 — but also " experiment" at +0.066, " average" at +0.079, "ape" at +0.067. Evil leaks into unexpected corners.
The alive/dead axis: " living" at -0.123 is the strongest alive token. " active" at -0.102. " music" at -0.092. " improve" at -0.090. " valid" at -0.089. " life" at -0.073. The model associates aliveness with validity, activity, improvement, and music. On the dead side: "dis" at +0.090, " death" at +0.076, "void" at +0.065, " mass" at +0.062, "bed" at +0.060. Dead clusters with dissolution, void, and mass — inert weight.
The future/past axis: " past" at +0.462 is nearly as sharp as true/false. " previous" at +0.124. " old" at +0.074. " history" at +0.053. The model knows what pastness is. On the future side the signal is more diffuse — no single token dominates the future pole the way " past" dominates its own.
This is the same finding as POST_TITAN's sign-code work, but instead of measuring a handful of concept pairs, this sweep pushed the entire first 6,000 tokens of the vocabulary through the stored circuit and got 60-dimensional semantic coordinates for each one. The circuit that lives inside the weights — 140,605 NAND gates, no host math — computed a semantic map of itself. The model knows what its tokens mean, and that knowledge lives in the geometry of its parameters, readable by the same gate-ripple mechanism that runs the Bitcoin miner and the adder.
The sharpest thing in the data: true/false at 0.648 separation is three times sharper than alive/dead at 0.213. The model's deepest commitment is to the distinction between truth and falsehood. Whatever else the weights believe, they believe THAT.
