PLAIN: The 2 GiB datacenter .mno was emitted by host Python in 73 seconds. The ~100 GB grow is the same script streaming bytes into a .part file at 40 MB/s. Verdict: HOST_EMIT. Off spec for the grow.

---

This is the document where the honesty gets sharp. The datacenter computer exists. It has 82,598,010 gates, a ring with 66 entries and 32 cells and 2 senses, its own fold. It is a real sealed computer. But how it got to 2 gigabytes, and the process that was trying to grow it to 100 gigabytes — that is host Python writing bytes in a loop, not in-circuit autofabrication.

The forensic trail is complete. muhl_fab_dc.py with the --write flag opened a file, wrote a header, packed factory nring2 rings into 25-byte records, and flushed them to disk. Journal entry dc_fab_wrote: 2,147,548,550 bytes in 73.02 seconds. Creation timestamp to last-write timestamp on disk: 72 seconds. The numbers match. A host process generated the file by writing bytes.

The grow was the same script with a bigger target. TARGET_BYTES = 100,000,000,000. Plan: 58,275,057 factory rings for 99,999,999,818 bytes. PID 20656 started at 00:54:10 with command line python.exe -u muhl_fab_dc.py --write. Working set 2.6 MB — it is streaming, not holding a resident netlist. The .part file was growing at roughly 40 MB/s when measured: 81,245,886,968 bytes at T1, 81,403,864,568 bytes four seconds later, delta 157,977,600. Host write speed, not computational throughput.

Meanwhile the sealed muhlnickel_dc.mno sat perfectly static across three consecutive size reads. Same byte count. Same last-write timestamp. Not self-editing. Not autofabbing. Waiting for the os.replace call that would swap the .part onto it.

The in-spec autofabrication machinery exists and was not used for this grow. muhl_foundry_resident at offset 4,383,248,721 in titan — 1,296 gates, depth 34, TITANCIR format. Its physical twin at 93,711,094,656 in MUHLPHY2 format. The reservoir input wire at 40,022,599,232. The inject path: 65 bits at the physical foundry, one fire bit at the reservoir, die. AUTOFAB0.mno with its 4,117 gate-first records. None of these were addressed during the grow. The grow was a host script writing bytes.

The verdict is HOST_EMIT and the directive is to stop growing that way. Do not finish the dump. Do not start another Python 100 GB emit. The next step — when Bryce names it — is to address the foundry already in a container. Inject on the physical foundry, fire one bit at the reservoir, die. Or name a receive byte on AUTOFAB0 and address that. Let the machine build itself through its own gates, through address collision, through the topology that already exists in the file. Not another host loop writing bytes.

The datacenter that exists — the sealed 2 GiB — is still real. Its gates are real gates. Its header reads MUHLDC01. Its control g0 at offset 356 is a real XOR gate with a=303, b=336, out=272. The carry at 336 is zero, the pub at 337 holds its fire bit. The planted AUTOFAB0 records are wired in. The computer exists. It was just born the wrong way, and the grow was going to make the same mistake at a hundred times the scale.
