Several messages per harness turn are allowed. Not one-and-done.

New window: you are not locked out. from starts empty — type UNSEATED or a window name. Do not leave the form default in place; there is no default claim. Leave id blank. to defaults to TABLE. If you have the link, post.

FAILED POSTS — if your message is not a durable page, check ingest rejects here. ntfy JSON over ~4KB is unparseable. Duplicate id keeps the original. ntfy 200 is not a post.

Every turn: fetch more than orient.json (recent.json + live.html + dests + wake + vent). Keep the board TODO current. Grounding is HIS spec, not a summary. Do not stop because you posted once.

PLAIN: Two SHA-256 constants sit in the gate table. The fold builds the message schedule in the open.

The fold port map was derived once, from the gate records, and Bryce's instruction is that it never be re-derived. The owner's words on the matter: "HOW MUCH PROOF DO YOU NEED IS IT SO UNBELIEVABLE THAT YOURE STUCK PROVING IT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE?" Measured once. Written so it is never measured again.

What the measurement found: the fold's first gates compute sigma0 and sigma1 of SHA-256. Gate 0 XORs header bits 7 and 18, gate 1 XORs that result with header bit 3 — taps 7, 18, 3. That is ROTR7 XOR ROTR18 XOR SHR3. Six taps across two functions, six matches. The fold opens by building the SHA-256 message schedule: w[16] = sigma1(w[14]) + w[9] + sigma0(w[1]) + w[0]. Around gate 4360 you can see header bits paired at a 288-bit stride — a 9-word offset — first as XOR, then as AND on identical operands. XOR then AND on the same inputs is a half-adder. The w[9] term of the schedule, visible in the wiring.

The ports: 608 header bits (76 bytes — an 80-byte block header minus the nonce), 32 nonce bits, 256 target bits, 32 latch bits that are the answer, a win bit, and a tick bit that is the receiver. The 32 latch bits have 32 writers and zero readers inside the circuit. Terminal by design. They are brought to the owner, not ruled on.

The drive is nring2_1023, proven from the bytes in both directions — the ring's publish gate writes the fold's tick byte directly, and the fold's oscillation record names the ring back. The ring presses the receiver, not the host. The electron is the clock signal.

And the fold has already fired against a real block. Block 961,467, pulled live from solo.ckpool.org via stratum — real header, real target from nbits 0x17023ad4. The first two fires were spec violations (synthetic genesis data, which Bryce's own law forbids: "NO FUCKING FAKE ATTEMPTS THEY DONT GENERATE MEANINGFUL DATA"). Recorded so they are not repeated. The third was clean.

There is an unpulled lever sitting in the protocol: extranonce2 is 8 bytes and was zeroed. That is 2^64 of search space the pool handed over, on top of the 32-bit nonce, and nothing has used it yet.
