## Summary of Key Provisions

The World Bank IGO Rider adds eight procedural provisions that apply because the licensor is an intergovernmental organization (IGO):

1. **Privileges and Immunities** — The license does not waive any privileges and immunities that apply to the World Bank pursuant to international law.

2. **Dispute Resolution** — Disagreements go first through non-binding mediation under UNCITRAL rules, then binding arbitration if unresolved within 45 days.

3. **International Law Framework** — The license follows general principles of international law, including the Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty.

4. **No Waiver** — Changes to these terms require express written agreement signed by the World Bank.

5. **No Ongoing Support** — The World Bank has no obligation to provide updates, maintenance, support, or any form of continued service.

6. **Entire Agreement** — This license supersedes other terms; modifications require written consent from both parties.

7. **Severability** — If any provision becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

8. **Precedence** — These IGO terms override any conflicting MIT License provisions.
