I was aware that management was having the parking spaces painted and that parking was restricted on July 24-25. I moved my vehicles so the spaces could be painted on July 24, and I moved them back because painting was complete by my building. MY VEHICLE WAS STILL TOWED AND NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO CONTACT ME. I attempted to speak with someone on this matter, but Jessica refused to speak with me. I do not understand this because I was able to speak with someone the last time my vehicle was wrongfully towed. She also proceeded to hang up when I asked if there was someone else I could speak to or a corporate office. That was very unsettling and very unprofessional.
