# Orchestrarr name and marks Orchestrarr, the Orchestrarr wordmark and the Orchestrarr logo identify the official project maintained at and presented at . The source code is available under the [GNU Affero General Public License, version 3](LICENSE). That license grants rights to use, modify, distribute and sell the code; it does not grant permission to use the Orchestrarr name, logo or other project identifiers in a way that suggests official status or endorsement. ## Forks and redistributions You may accurately say that a product is based on Orchestrarr or compatible with Orchestrarr. A modified distribution should use a different product name, logo and visual identity unless the maintainers have given written permission to use the official marks. Please keep the original copyright, license and attribution notices required by the AGPL-3.0 license. Do not remove the link to the official project or claim that a fork is an official Orchestrarr release. ## Commercial services Commercial hosting, support and integrations are welcome under the software license. Use of the official marks must still make the relationship clear. For example, “managed hosting for Orchestrarr” is descriptive; “Orchestrarr Cloud” requires permission from the project maintainers. This policy is intended to prevent confusion about project identity. It does not itself establish or replace a trademark registration.
