<p>Note that each plot type must be coherent with what you specified in the <code>circos.trackPlotRegion</code> function.</p>
<p>You have to specify an Y axis for a scatterplot as seen before. But not for a histogram that is built with <code>circos.trackHist()</code>.</p>
