Matty (“the App”) is developed by the Publisher. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

- All image processing happens on-device. Images never leave your device.

## Data We Do NOT Collect

- No account information
- No contact information
- No identifiers (advertising ID, device ID)
- No usage analytics or diagnostics to remote servers
- No precise or coarse location
- No photos are uploaded or transmitted

## On-Device Processing

All background removal and editing are performed locally on your device using on-device models. Your images remain in local storage. Exported images are saved to your device or a location you choose.

## Permissions

- Camera (optional): capture a new photo inside the App.
- Photos/Media/Files or Read Media Images: select a photo from your device.
  These permissions are used only for the core editing features and are not used to collect data.

## Children’s Privacy

The App does not target children and does not collect personal data from children.

## Third Parties

The App contains no third‑party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

## Data Security

Because the App does not transmit personal data off the device, risk of exposure is minimized. Standard platform storage protections apply.

If we change this policy, we will update the “Effective date”.
