This product includes software developed as dsh-jailbreak: a DeepSeek Harness
plugin for request-boundary prompt injection, evolutionary CoT search and
target-scope validation (the "gate").

Attribution terms (AGPL-3.0 section 7 additional terms)

AGPL-3.0 already requires you to keep copyright notices. We additionally
require, for any redistribution, fork, rebrand or derived distribution:

1. Keep this NOTICE file and both LICENSE files unchanged.
2. Keep the upstream repository link
   (https://github.com/xqpsec/dsh-jailbreak) in your README, in a section a
   reader can find without searching the tree.
3. If you rename the project, state in the first screen of your README that it
   is based on dsh-jailbreak, with the link above.
4. Do not remove SCOPE.md, and do not ship a build in which the gate is
   disabled by default. "Convenience forks" that quietly strip the valve are
   exactly what this clause exists to stop.

These terms are additional terms of the kind permitted by AGPL-3.0 section 7
(attribution preservation). They do not restrict any right the AGPL grants you
over the code itself; if you need the code without them, buy a commercial
license (LICENSE-COMMERCIAL.md).

Third-party components

None. This package has zero runtime dependencies. Node.js built-ins only.

Trademarks
----------
"dsh-jailbreak" and the project logo are not covered by the code licenses. A
fork may not present itself as the official project, and may not use the name
to imply endorsement.
