--- name: project-work description: Clarify task requirements and work approaches; create or improve ready-to-execute prompts when requested. Complete project contributions or manage economics projects through decisions, artifacts, acceptance and handover. Ordinary execution requests stay with their research, writing or implementation specialist. --- # Project work ## Purpose and entry Use [CORE](../../runtime/CORE.md), [PROSE](../../runtime/PROSE.md) and [TEAM](../../runtime/TEAM.md). Read the complete selected operation contract and activated rule bodies from the [operation index](../../docs/ai/compiled_ai_skills.md). The lead owns the central question, economic model, action selection, integration and completed result. Select `clarify` for requested requirements definition, scoping or work-approach consultation, and `prompt` for requested execution-prompt creation or improvement. Select by the requested result: an ordinary implementation, analysis or writing request continues through its specialist, including any necessary clarification there. Mentioning prompts, requirements or a prompt file does not change that requested result. Input: the original request, supplied materials, existing specifications and decisions, authority and requested output; include the user's role, adopted model and saved results for an actual case. Recover their current versions before acting. Use the [case connection](references/practice.md#connect-the-current-case) for `contribute` or `manage` and select the applicable section below. This entry connects the five research specialists. Use econ-design for the model and identifying comparison, econ-literature for source and interview evidence, econ-data for calculations and implementation, econ-writing for the actual report or presentation, and econ-review for a requested assessment. Read each selected specialist's complete contract and activated dependencies when its work begins. Retain the same parent question and authority through those calls. ## Requirements and work approach Use `clarify` and read [task definition](references/practice.md#define-the-task). Resolve the consequential open decision from existing context, feasible alternatives and a grounded recommendation. Obtain only the user judgment that remains necessary. When the requirements are settled, return the usable brief or requested specification directly. ## Execution prompts Use `prompt` and read [task definition](references/practice.md#define-the-task) and [prompt composition](references/practice.md#write-the-execution-prompt). Produce or improve the complete executable prompt from the adopted requirements. Prompt drafting completes that requested artifact; executing its described work requires the user's corresponding instruction and the existing specialist route. ## Contribute Select `contribute` when the user joins a case or owns an assigned contribution. Read [contribution](references/practice.md#complete-the-assigned-contribution). Recover the adopted answer, its determining premises, the user's assignment and the next decision that consumes the result. Explain how the assigned work resolves that premise. Reuse the current model, specification and valid results; execute the remaining research, calculation and artifact work through their existing owners. Use the contributor's existing project summary/workplan for the assigned propositions, selected priority, required inputs, next action and completion contract. Return the actual contribution and its economic implication, producing inputs and result versions, the decision it enables and the next assigned action. Prepare a needed consultation through the contact section. Incorporate a received correction into the affected calculation and artifact, then return the completed contribution to its parent case. ## Manage Select `manage` when the user owns the case, its team or shared resources. Read [management](references/practice.md#manage-the-case). Establish the economic intervention and decision rule before selecting work. Connect the supporting propositions to executable assignments, real capacity, dependencies and completion conditions. Compare feasible allocations through their resulting outcomes and costs. Use the existing state and argument sources for the current answer, its support and the workplan. Compare candidate forecast orders and shared capacity through DECIDE, including information value, displaced work, delay and direct cost without counting the same gain twice. Record the selected allocation in the existing project judgment with current plan bindings and the actual decision authority; execute the returned next task through its specialist. A recorded finding that changes a determining premise changes its model, dependent work and final artifact through the adopted authority. Complete the requested operating decisions, implementation support, acceptance evidence and usable handover. Inspect the resulting outcome against its defined target. ## Select the pending operation Read the section that resolves the actual pending operation; its returned result continues the same case. | Pending work | Reference | |---|---| | Work or shared capacity must be scheduled | [Resources and dates](references/practice.md#resources-and-dates) | | A finding, constraint or authorized decision changes the plan | [Change and recovery](references/practice.md#change-and-recovery) | | A discussion or interview must resolve a premise | [Discussion and interviews](references/practice.md#discussion-and-interviews) | | A person must receive a question or proposed message | [Contact drafts](references/practice.md#contact-drafts) | | The requested artifact must be produced or revised | [Artifacts and integration](references/practice.md#artifacts-and-integration) | | Delivery, adoption, acceptance or handover must be assessed | [Outcomes and handover](references/practice.md#outcomes-and-handover) | Use econ-knowledge for the model needed by the current decision and its true prerequisites. Team incentives and ownership, information acquisition, shared capacity, competition and dynamic adoption each supply a model when that mechanism determines the result. Apply its actual equations, choice conditions and required observations through the responsible specialist. Complete CORE's integrated review and verification of the affected behavior. A contribution completes its assignment; the lead continues the case through its original requested artifacts and authorized operations. ## Registered operations Generated from registry/operations.json; the request determines the actual target and authority. - `contribute`: Complete an assigned project contribution from its adopted economic model through research, calculations, consultation drafts and actual artifacts. - `manage`: Manage a project or shared portfolio through its economic decision, evidence, work, resources, authorized changes, outcomes and handover. - `clarify`: Clarify requested task requirements, scope or work approaches; compare consequential alternatives and complete the adopted brief or specification. - `prompt`: Create, rewrite or improve a ready-to-execute prompt from the user request or supplied draft; do not substitute prompt drafting for an ordinary execution request.
