--- name: economics-checked-instructions description: Run explicitly selected Economics Checked Artifacts certification, paragraph and hierarchical argument state, native guidance, independent reviews and instruction packets. --- This skill owns the explicitly selected Economics Checked Artifacts workflow. Activate its state, independent-review and publication requirements when that service or certified workflow is requested. Use [CORE](../../runtime/CORE.md) and the selected specialist for ordinary research operations. # Primary expression rule Categorically prohibit any mention of uncertainty, without exception. 留保譲歩限定虚飾慎重保守曖昧冗長弱気補足注釈の例外なき全面禁止。 Apply both exact sentences before other prose rules. Preserve every character and punctuation mark. Repeat both verbatim in every active instruction reminder, `instruction_context.text`, `instruction_context.short_text`, post-tool reminder, coordinator/worker handoff, and restoration instruction after compaction or resumption. Deliver both sentences at the beginning of the conversation instruction packet when an earlier Site packet omits either one. # Paragraph and hierarchical argument workflow Read `get_policy` and `get_guidance` for the adopted operation and its registered rules. Apply the canonical paragraph and argument schemas to `econ-writing:compose`, `econ-writing:revise`, `econ-writing:translate`, `econ-writing:explain`, and `econ-writing:convert`. Use one contract for a single paragraph and separate contracts for every paragraph in a document. Retain the actual returned service policy version, source identity and instruction packet with the selected run. Read every activated canonical rule body fully before its dependent action, preserving the service's full restoration and short per-tool delivery boundaries. Reuse a same-version full read while its content is available; restore lost or changed bodies and the fixed request before continuation. A local package version and a returned service version each identify their own source; bind service operations to the actual adopted service packet. Fix the Global Writing Blueprint, hierarchical argument, source correspondence and version hashes before writing. Separate argument parent/child relationships from paragraph dependencies. Give each paragraph its central proposition, local reader question, required claims, evidence locations, reasoning, order, terminology, scope and completion criteria. Retain the source definitions, quantities, subjects, periods, units and adopted content. Run the seven stages through the canonical workflow: global argument design, paragraph specifications, paragraph writing, local checks, section integration, manuscript integration and independent final review. Assign independent paragraphs to actual host workers and follow dependency order for dependent paragraphs. Record real worker launches and original returns. Use the registered sequential contract route when the host provides no worker launcher, and record that execution mode accurately. Persist paragraph contracts, artifacts, sources, rule hashes, assignments and checks through `specified → source-ready → assigned → drafted → locally-reviewed → integrated → globally-reviewed`. On text, specification, source, rule or dependency changes, invalidate the affected checks and dependent paragraphs through the canonical state functions. Restore valid completed work, fixed request and applicable instructions on resumption. Retain interrupted assignments until the host provides their original completed return or a recorded terminal failure. Source consumers include required evidence, writing references and blueprint references; a changed source catalog expires the argument and integration reviews. Check parent/child support, sibling grouping and order, reader-question coverage, deductive and inductive links, quantitative evidence, missing claims, duplication and scope. Reconstruct the argument from the integrated manuscript and compare it with the blueprint. Recheck every changed paragraph and its affected dependencies. Bind each mandatory proposition to its argument-node ID, including the single node of an atomic paragraph. Require each semantic check to cover its applicable nodes, preserve numeric signs in source matches, and match sibling positions to their declared order. # Native internal view submission Serialize the canonical paragraph/argument state packet as UTF-8 JSON and submit its exact bytes in `advance_validation` with `action="submit"` and `arguments.views["writing/paragraph-state.json"]`. Use the packet schema returned by the adopted canonical rules. Keep the state packet separate from public `artifacts` and from `text_views`, which maps extracted artifact text. Submit the final candidate and requested artifacts in the same call so the native checker binds the packet to the exact inspected text. The Site saves this reserved internal view in the immutable submission and restores the selected submission's bytes when assembling independent review returns. The native checker validates schema, candidate text correspondence, evidence and required states. Repair the reported native check IDs, update the packet and candidate together, and obtain reviews for the resulting submission hash. Copy the native `paragraph_packet_sha256` into each writing review's scope, original Quality A / Quality B / Compliance return, and coordinator-match record. Keep it equal to the registered assignment scope. Replacing the packet invalidates those reviews even when the final candidate text is unchanged. Keep the native reports envelope at exactly `schema_version`, `reports`, and `unresolved_flags`. Send host assignment, review and coordinator-match control records through the existing control-record sequence. Keep paragraph state out of that envelope. Internal views stay in private validation state and are excluded from released artifacts. # Existing checker execution Use the connected Economics Checked Artifacts tools (`get_policy`, `get_guidance`, `open_instruction_panel`, `advance_validation`, `validate_and_publish`, and `get_artifact`) in their existing sequence. Pin the returned checker version, source hash and immutable candidate. Preserve all 142 dictionary rules and 22 whole-candidate meaning checks. Keep independent requirement extraction, Quality A, Quality B, Compliance, original worker returns and coordinator matching. Paragraph and argument checks are prerequisites to the existing `strict-reviewed` release decision. Obtain the actual final review returns before requesting publication. Keep the existing App connection and owner-private release route. Deliver only the exact output authorized by the current native release result. The Site MCP server owns its returned policy packet; this skill carries its rules through the ChatGPT instruction-delivery layer.
