SPV App Terms of Use


Welcome to SPV App. By downloading, installing, or using this application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. App Overview
   SPV App allows users to:

* Import photos and videos from your device's album for storage.
* Set an app password for security.
* Enable intruder alerts.
* Use a secondary space within the App.
* Change the App icon.

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only under parental or guardian supervision.

3. User Account and Security

* You may set a password or use Face ID to secure your App data.
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
* The App provides intruder alerts, but HPV App does not guarantee full protection against unauthorized access.

4. Permissions and Access
   The App may request access to the following:

* Camera and Microphone: For optional features such as intruder alerts.
* Photo Library/Album: To import and save photos and videos.
* Face ID: For biometric authentication.
* Location Services: To provide location-based features.
* Network Access: To connect with servers and enable in-app purchases.

You may deny permission, but certain features of the App may not function properly.

5. In-App Purchases
   The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Payment processing is handled by the platform (e.g., Apple App Store), and your use of in-app purchases is subject to their terms.

6. Data Privacy

* SPV App respects your privacy and handles your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
* By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses
   You agree not to:

* Use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of local, national, or international laws.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users’ data.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

* The App is provided “as-is” and “as available.”
* SPV App does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
* In no event shall SPV App or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users from China, the United States, and European countries agree that disputes may be subject to applicable local laws.

10. Changes to Terms
    SPV App may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes. Users will be notified of significant updates via the App.
