Privacy Policy — Reddit Focus Filter ("Not right now, Reddit")

SUMMARY
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The extension works
entirely on your device. There are no accounts, analytics, advertising trackers,
or remote servers operated by us for this product.

INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
To provide its features, the extension may store the following preferences
locally in your browser (for example, chrome.storage.local):

  - Whether the filter is enabled
  - Your chosen start and end times (focus schedule)
  - Your chosen mode (strict block or read-only)
  - Internal status flags used only to apply those settings

This information never leaves your device through the extension. It is not
uploaded or shared with third parties by us. (Your browser may sync extension
data if you have browser sync enabled; that is controlled by your browser
vendor, not by this extension.)

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
The extension does not collect or request:

  - Personally identifiable information (name, email, address, etc.)
  - Health, financial, or authentication information
  - Personal communications
  - Location (schedule times use your device clock only)
  - A log or history of websites you visit
  - Clicks, keystrokes, mouse movement, or other activity monitoring
  - Website content (text, images, video) for storage or transmission

HOW PERMISSIONS ARE USED
  - Storage: Saves your schedule and mode preferences on your device.
  - Alarms: Re-checks your schedule so blocking or read-only mode turns on
    and off at the right times.
  - declarativeNetRequest: When strict block is active, redirects navigations
    to Reddit to an in-extension focus page.
  - Host access to *.reddit.com: Applies read-only UI changes on Reddit and
    enforces the strict block for Reddit only. Page content is not scraped,
    stored, or sent anywhere.

THIRD PARTIES
The extension does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or
remote code. It does not sell or transfer user data to third parties.
Optional links on the blocked page are ordinary hyperlinks you may choose to
open; they are not used to collect data through the extension.

CHILDREN
The extension is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect
personal information from anyone.

CHANGES
If this policy changes, we will update this file and the effective date above.
