`src/balance.js` adapts the response-shape parsers for OpenRouter,
Moonshot/Kimi, and Z.ai/GLM from `dsh-usage-stats/lib/balance.js`. TokenLedger
extends them with origin-based scheme selection, account collapsing,
OpenRouter Management Key guidance, and conservative currency handling.

This product's understanding of the DSH event contract is derived from the
published type declarations of the following MIT-licensed packages, which are
not redistributed here:
