The whale ornament shipped with this package (assets/decorations/whale/whale-frames.png
plus its decoration.json) is derived from the DeepSeek wordmark in the
[deepseek-harness](https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness) repository
(`website/public/wordmark.svg`), licensed under the MIT License. The derivative
frames re-color the mark to the DeepSeek brand blue and compose a four-frame
spout animation; no other third-party material is included.

The OUO Neko pet assets shipped with this package (`assets/ouo-neko/`: pet.json,
spritesheet.webp and the preview GIFs) are authored by Pessimist0906 and are
distributed under the MIT License below. Provenance: the v2 pet manifest declares
`author: Pessimist0906` and `license: MIT` (fail-closed contract), and the
assets were contributed under that author statement recorded in
[PR #1118](https://github.com/zhu1090093659/dsh-web/pull/1118). No separate public
upstream repository was available at integration time; this manifest declaration
and contribution record are the author statement for this distribution.

## Miku pet (assets/miku/)

The Miku pet assets shipped with this repository (`assets/miku/`: pet.json,
the thumb/ frame sequences and the preview) are authored by stushansusu
(涂山苏苏) and contributed under the MIT License below; provenance:
[PR #1031](https://github.com/zhu1090093659/dsh-web/pull/1031) (the former
dsh-miku-pet plugin, whose gameplay this package's gameplay block
generalizes). The pet.json manifest declares `author: stushansusu (涂山苏苏)`
and `license: MIT` (fail-closed contract).

Hatsune Miku (初音ミク) is a character whose name, image, and likeness are
owned by Crypton Future Media, INC. The miku assets are fan artwork depicting
the character; character usage is governed by the Piapro Character License
(official terms: https://piapro.net/piapro/en/license/pcl.html — Japanese:
https://piapro.net/piapro/license/pcl.html). Review those terms before
redistributing or using these assets; obtain the appropriate rights from
Crypton Future Media where the license conditions are not met. Only the
