The registration shall include:

- the name of the company, organization, or entity;
- a valid contact name and email address;

- a brief description of the intended use of the Software.

Upon submission of a complete and accurate registration, permission for the registered Project Use is automatically granted.

No approval, response, registration fee, or license fee from the copyright holder is required.

A separate registration is required for each materially distinct project. Updates, versions, experiments, or deployments within the same registered project do not require additional registration.

## Redistribution

The above copyright notice and this License shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

Recipients of redistributed copies must independently comply with the registration requirements of this License.

## No Trademark or Patent License

This License does not grant permission to use the trade names, trademarks, service marks, or logos of the copyright holder or contributors, except as necessary to identify the origin of the Software.
