[Showyourwork!](https://github.com/showyourwork/showyourwork) is a great project to make scientific articles reproducible.

I participated to its first Hack Day, I focused on building a simple recipe in SnakeMake (the workflow engine behind Showyourwork!) to interface with data stored on Globus.
