This Fair Core License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between
you and KeyMaster Pro ("Licensor") for the software product KeyMaster Pro
("Software").

By using, copying, modifying, or distributing the Software, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. DEFINITIONS

   "Software" means KeyMaster Pro and all associated source code, documentation,
   and files covered by this License.

   "You" means the individual or entity exercising the permissions granted by
   this License.

   "Competitive Use" means using the Software to create a commercial product
   or service that competes with the Software.

   "Modification" means any alteration, addition, deletion, or adaptation of
   the Software.

2. GRANT OF COPYRIGHT LICENSE

   Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensor grants You a
   worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

   a) Use, copy, and modify the Software for personal use or internal business
      operations.

   b) Distribute copies of the unmodified Software.

   c) Distribute copies of Your Modifications under the terms of this License.

3. COMPETITIVE USE RESTRICTION

   You may NOT use the Software for Competitive Use without prior written
   permission from the Licensor. Competitive Use includes but is not limited to:

   a) Offering the Software as a hosted or managed service that competes with
      the Software.

   b) Distributing a modified version of the Software as a competing product.

   c) Using the Software source code to create a product that competes with
      the Software.

4. GRANT OF PATENT LICENSE

   Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensor grants You a
   worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive patent license under Licensor's
   essential patent claims to make, use, sell, offer for sale, and import
   the Software.

5. REDISTRIBUTION

   You may redistribute copies of the Software or Your Modifications, provided
   that:

   a) You include a copy of this License with the distribution.

   b) You do not impose any further restrictions on the recipients' exercise
      of the rights granted herein.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
   THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
   FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
   DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   IN NO EVENT WILL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
   SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO
   THIS LICENSE OR THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
   POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. TERMINATION

   This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically
   upon any breach by You of the terms of this License.

9. FUTURE LICENSE CONVERSION

   On January 1, 2030, this license will automatically convert to the MIT
   License (https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT), at which point the Software
   will be free for all uses without restriction.

10. GOVERNING LAW

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
    laws applicable in the Licensor's jurisdiction.
