FocusHabit Pro does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data (habits, completion records, focus sessions, and settings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

## iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and synchronized across your devices via Apple's CloudKit service. Apple may process this data in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

## Third-Party Services
This app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

## Data Deletion
You can delete all app data at any time by:
- Deleting individual habits and records within the app
- Uninstalling the app (removes all local data)
- Disabling iCloud sync (removes data from cloud)

## Children's Privacy
This app does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.
