C0 is the ALU carry input.
C4' is the carry output (with pseudo_tetrade detection).
It's row + column,
'.' indicates that C4'=0,
'*' indicates that C4'=1.
Examples:
C0=0, 8+1+0= 9 -> C4'=0,
C0=0, 9+1+0=10 -> C4'=1,
C0=1, 8+1+1=10 -> C4'=1,
C0=1, 9+1+1=11 -> C4'=1.
