Widower Brett and his teen brother Harry run a small town pumpkin farm by hard work with their in-living aunt Rosie as housekeeper. However the 'silent' owner goes bankrupt, and leaves it to his spoiled-rotten city daughter Jenny, instead of her former generous and fashionably squandered allowance. When she arrives to inspect and sell it, the brothers plan to square her off or sabotage the sale whatever it takes to save their livelihood.
