Babu (Nani) is a wayward guy and passes his b tech by cheating. His parents pressurise him to pursue MBA. He falls in love with Keerthy (Keerthy Suresh) and discovers that she is doing MBA. He too joins her college and woos her. She complained to her father who helped Babu to copy exams. But she too falls in love with him. Things get complicated when Siddarth Verma (Naveen Chandra) her one side lover enters the scene.
