The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, New York's best creatures of defense, are out to make the Big Apple a safe place, but not if the evil Shredder or his assistant, evil naive semi-mad scientist Baxter Stockman, have anything to say about it. With guidance from their Master Splinter and with help from their friends April O'Neil and Casey Jones, the turtles Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello and Raphael blast into action and fight off Mousers, Foot Soldiers and other dangers.
