If you believe your copyrighted content appears on our site without permission, you may submit a removal request to **[copyright@mesaredux.com](mailto:copyright@mesaredux.com)** including:
- Your full name
- Contact information
- A link to the copyrighted work
- A link to the page on our site where the content appears
- A statement confirming you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf
#### Canadian Copyright Act (Notice-and-Notice)
Under Canadian law (Copyright Act), we will **review all notices in good faith**. If the claim is valid, we may remove or disable access to the infringing material and may forward your notice to the user responsible.
This process aligns with the “Notice-and-Notice” requirements under Canadian copyright law.
#### DMCA (for U.S. Rights Holders)
For copyright holders based in the United States or claiming rights under U.S. law, we also honor DMCA-style notices. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Investigate and take appropriate action within **1 working week**, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible and allow an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
#### Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address including:
- Your full name
- Contact information
- A link to the material that was removed
- A statement explaining why you believe the removal was incorrect
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction and affirming that you accept service of process from the complainant
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a legal action within the timeframe permitted by law.
#### Repeat Violations
We reserve the right to remove content or block access for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws, in accordance with Canadian law and any applicable DMCA guidelines.
