Detailed Description

NTv2 binary file subfile record

Notes:

• The pad words (p_* fields) may not be present in the file, although any files created after 2000 should have them.
• The strings (n_* and s_* fields) are blank-padded and are not null-terminated.
• The name strings (n_* fields) should appear exactly as in the comments.
• There will always be at least one subfile record which is a parent.
• Parent records should have a parent-name of "NONE".
• Longitude values are specified as positive-west / negative-east.
