1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, applying for our lease-to-own program, or otherwise engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Investors' Angels operates a lease-to-own platform that connects prospective homeowners with property investors, enabling qualifying individuals to move into a home immediately, build equity through their lease payments, and work toward eventual full ownership.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to assess and determine your eligibility for the lease-to-own program at our sole discretion.

4. Nature of the Lease-to-Own Arrangement

• The property is purchased and held by an investor or investor entity during the lease term; you do not hold legal title to the property until the applicable conditions of the agreement are met and the purchase is completed.
• A portion of your monthly lease payments may be allocated toward building equity, as set out in your individual lease-to-own agreement.
• Lease-to-own agreements are registered with the relevant land authority (e.g. the Dubai Land Department) where applicable, for your protection.
• Eventual transfer of ownership, including any mortgage qualification required to complete the purchase, is subject to the specific terms of your agreement and is not guaranteed by these Terms alone.

5. Payments and Fees

You agree to make all lease and program payments in accordance with your individual agreement. Late or missed payments may affect your equity accrual, eligibility to continue in the program, and may result in fees as set out in your agreement.

6. Role of Investors

Investors participating in our platform act as independent property owners during the lease term. Investors' Angels facilitates the relationship between owners and investors but is not a party to the underlying property title unless expressly stated in your agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Investors' Angels or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investors' Angels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
