HTTP¶
405 Method Not Allowed¶
If you encounter errors stating that certain HTTP methods are not allowed, please ensure that you have set the headers required by Izenda for your API instance. The current values (as of v2.7.0) are below:
<add name="Access-Control-Allow-Headers" value="Accept, Origin, Content-Type, Prefer, access_token, current_tenant" />
<add name="Access-Control-Allow-Methods" value="GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, OPTIONS" />
Note
These values may change in a future release, please be sure to review the release notes before upgrading.
In some cases, this error may be caused by the WebDAVModule. Try adding the following to your web.config:
<system.webServer>
<modules>
<remove name="WebDAVModule" />
</modules>
<handlers>
<remove name="WebDAV" />
</handlers>
</system.webServer>
If you are still receiving 405 errors, enabling trace logging for failed requests in IIS may provide more details: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc725786(v=ws.10).aspx
