Book My Train

The following terms & condition will apply if you book train tickets through Book My Train website. No user can register more than once. If a user violates the terms and conditions of use by registering more than one user name or booking tickets on such multiple user names, Book My Train team has the right to deactivate all such user accounts and cancel any or all ticket booked using those accounts without any notice. Invalid details in profile may lead to deactivation.




1) An individual user can book a maximum of six tickets in a calendar month.

2) Using one credit/ debit/ amex card number or paypal account user can booked maximum of six tickets in a calendar month.

3) Booking cancellation facility (Booking cannot be cancelled at counter).

4) Booking cancellation request should be made before 5 days, from given date of journey.

5) Refunding will be done within one week , Train booking service charge (%10) will be deduct from that refunding money.

eg : Booked ticket price       = Rs 1000
        Service charge            =(Rs 100)
        Total refunding money = Rs 900

6) You must check your ticket for any error is noticed and the ticket does not comply with the information set out in the reservation page, you must inform us same day immediately.

7) We are sending E-tickets to customers through E-mails,Customer is responsible for check the ticket has been received. We are sending E-tickets to customers within 2 days.

8) The reservation must be done before at least # hours before departure for online payment,but not more than 365 days before.

9) We are respects and protects the privacy of the individuals who use Book My Train services. We are not provide your personal information to any #rd parties.
