Use the Reset Password function.
Each bid runs for a maximum of 48 hours and the lowest bid wins the order.
You can update your inventory by selecting or deselecting items on the catalogue page and view your past bids on the bidding history page.
We will let you know when the bid expires and we will notify you regardless if you win or lose the bid. You may check your bid status from your account page. We will also email you regarding your bid status.
Yes, you can but you will need to call us on our hotline as soon as possible so that we won’t process your bid. Note that you can only cancel your bid within the 48 hours during the bid runs.
