A teacher or staff member is responsible for the care and use of all equipment under their supervision.  Teachers and staff members are accountable for problems that arise when they fail to supervise students properly.   NEVER allow a student access to any password other than his/her own.

 

Faculty Responsibilities for Student Internet Use

Students must display their licenses while using the Internet.
If in doubt about a site, go HOME immediately.
A license is good for only the student named, not for group research.
Licenses confiscated for improper use shall be returned to tech support with a written statement.
Students are NEVER to be left unattended while using the Internet.  Teachers are responsible for monitoring their students.
Students should never share their passwords with other students.
NEVER give students a teacher or sysop password.
