Paperwork Burden Statement

According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, no persons are required to respond to a collection of information in connection with a federally funded project unless such collection displays a valid OMB control number. PRIVACY STATEMENT We do not collect e-mail addresses of visitors to our Clearinghouse Web pages unless you voluntarily subscribe to one of our services or request information. Any additional information on what pages patrons access or visit and information volunteered by the patron is kept confidential. The information we collect is used for internal review and to improve the content of our Web pages and our service to patrons. It is discarded after use. Individuals' information is not shared with other commercial or governmental organizations. We will only contact you if you request it, if we have a question about your order, or to confirm your satisfaction with our service. If you supply us with your mailing address, you will receive the information for which you gave us your address. Information from survey participants is aggregated to prepare statistical reports for the U.S. Department of Education.
