SEIR*TEC Partners

AEL is a partner in the Southeast and Islands Regional Technology in Education Consortium, a partnership of national, regional, and university-based organizations that work collaboratively to help communities of learners use technology effectively.

The consortium is one of six funded regional technology in education consortia. Funding for the R*TECs is provided by the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI).

The network helps states, local education agencies, teachers, school library and media personnel, administrators, and other education entities successfully integrate technologies into K-12 classrooms, library media centers, and other educational settings, including adult library centers.
