Tidewater has a stringent water quality monitoring and testing program to ensure drinking water that meets and consistently exceeds state and federal water quality standards. The Company provides information on its water quality results to customers through Annual Water Quality Reports to customers.

Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc.
Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc. (TESI), a Middlesex Water subsidiary, provides wastewater services to approximately 3,400 residential retail customers in Kent and Sussex Counties in Delaware. The PSC also regulates wastewater utility rates in DE. TESI has been operating wastewater treatment systems in Sussex County, DE since 2005 and continues to add and operate new facilities. The Company works closely with area developers and continues to build its wastewater franchise area to serve customer needs.

White Marsh Environmental Systems, Inc. (WMES), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tidewater Utilities, operates water and wastewater systems under contracts that serve approximately 9,200 residential customers. WMES also operates systems associated with manufactured home communities, commercial processing plants, stores and government buildings. WMES utilizes professional, certified water and wastewater operators who operate and maintain these systems to ensure quality and efficiency.
