Sorry this is a Late reply to Dean, but when you are fighting to heal
yourself the fastest, first set heal to a hotkey, then while fighting hit, "
Tab - Hotkey Number - Tab" that will select you, cast heal, and select the
enemy u were just targeted on. It works perfectly. U might interrupt though.
