There are ways to make 200pp+ in around an hour, but they are not "doable"
at level 15. I also hope they fix the faction issue involved so that the
people that use it will pay in the long run. Needless to say, it has been
reported multiple times.

that is the thing I will not say....and the answer to why not is a good
reason. How many are on this list? how many are looking for ways to make a
quick buck? and how quickly would MY strategy on this be flooded if I was
to give it up?
