At 27th level, I have boosted my WiS from a base of 105 to 143. I can
now cast: three extra greater heals, 6 extra smites (which are
completely useless if you ask me - hehe), summon a whole fuckton of
food, etc. with that extra WIS. By extrapolation, that extra WIS will
allow me to do many things later which ARE important to me: resurrect an
additional person, cast that extra Complete Heal, etc.

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind
us, with nothing to show for our progress but the memory of the smell
of smoke and the presumption that once our eyes watered.
